Wonderful Holiday Home “Villa Flores” Directly on the Beach with Sea View

The modern and well-furnished holiday home “Villa Flores” is situated in a quiet rural area in the east of La Graciosa, the smallest inhabited island of the Canaries, and is only a few meters from the beach. The 150 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds each as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a baby cot and a highchair (both on request). The private outdoor area boasts a cactus garden and a covered terrace with a barbecue, where you can have breakfast with direct views of the sea or spend the evenings with a glass of wine. The sandy beach is only 50 m from the holiday home and is shared with only few people. Therefore, you will be able to relax, enjoy the quiet and swim in the clear blue water of the little bay. Several peaceful and scenic beaches and bays are within 15-25 minutes by car from the holiday home. In the island’s only town Caleta del Sebo, a 28-minute drive (7 km) away, you will find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and the port, from where you can ship to Lanzarote.



Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed.

Authentiek huis op mooie locatie met geweldige gastvrouw

Pros: Gastvrouw Rosi heeft er alles aan gedaan om ons verblijf tot een geweldige ervaring te maken. Zeer hartelijke ontvangst en fijne service. Het huis is brandschoon en erg origineel. Je waant je een echte inwoner van La Graciosa. Het huis staat aan de zee, in een dorpje van 20 huizen op 20 mins fietsen van het gezellige havendorpje.

Excellent!

Lovely property in a very quiet and peaceful fishing hamlet. The property was spacious and comfortable and has lovely terrace with sea views and a beach 1 minute walk away. We were very happy doing very little, exploring the island, fishing, cycling, snorkelling. Beautiful 50 minute walk along the coast to the main town where there are restaurants and supermarkets. We would love to return to this special spot on a special island.

Très bonne adresse

Maison idéalement située à Pedro Barba. Maison fonctionnelle et agréable, au pied de la plage. Procédure d'entrée extrêmement simple avec boite à clé. Responsable à l'écoute (que ce soit Niky ou Rosi sur place) joignable facilement par téléphone ou WhatsApp. Attention, il faut savoir qu'il n'y a aucun magasin à Pedro Barba et qu'il faut faire ses courses à Caleta de Sebo (là où arrive le ferry), sinon il vous faudra reprendre un taxi ou y aller à pied (3h aller/retour). Je conseille en plus une petite plongée sous marine avec le club situé à l'arrivée du Ferry. Bref très bonne adresse. Je recommande.

Casa frente al mar

En esta zona los alquileres son claramente más caros pero a cambio tienes los privilegios, de estar casi solo, tener una playa delante de la casa y el poder pasear por toda la zona sin encontarte a nadie. La casa tiene una gran terraza donde pasar muy buenos momentos, desayunos, cenas y además tomar el sol en pleno silencio. Se está a 40 minutos en bici de Caleta de Sevo y también hay taxis que te llevan a muchas de las mejores playas. El primer dia hay que comprar todo y junto a las maletas en taxi a Pedro Barba unos 15 minutos. Esta casa justifica el precio pagado y volveremos. Arturo Navarro
