During the peak booking season from June through September, continuous bookings are required. Bed linens (€12 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

For DEPARTURES on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, the CLEANING FEE increases by 50%. This surcharge will be sent as a separate payment request and is due with the second payment.

If you arrive with a pet, an additional CLEANING FEE of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee will be sent as a separate invoice and is due with the second payment.

The Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula is located between Rostock and Stralsund.
You can reach Prerow via the B 105, taking the Löbnitz intersection and then heading toward Barth, or the Altheide intersection, then via Bäderstraße. Prerow is very centrally located and, in addition to its white sandy beach, offers many excursion options, such as the Maritime Museum, the Ozeaneum, the “Hanse Dom” water park in Stralsund, the Marlow Bird Park, Karl’s Adventure Village in Rövershagen, and much more. In the spring and fall, you can watch cranes. The surrounding area is perfect for long bike rides.
