Valsayn North is a quiet retreat featuring homes on large half acre lots. It is also a safe, gated and patrolled neighborhood with quick access to both major highways on the island and very close to the island's best nightlife spot - Valpark Plaza. With shopping, supermarkets, banks, bars, lounges, pharmacies and hospitals all within a 10 minute drive, it is the perfect spot.

Our home is over 3000 square foot and sits on over 20,000 sqft of flat land. It has a huge front yard and back yard, a full sized pickle ball court, half sized basketball court, and parking for multiple cars. Inside the house has modern furnishings, with plenty of natural light and a large kitchen.
