The location is a close walk from the CN Tower, Convention Centre, Ent. District, Union Station, Rogers Centre, TIFF, Hockey Hall of Fame, Financial District, and Fashion District.

Must be twenty years or older to book.

The space
Cozy, spacious and inviting, you’ll feel at home in this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite. Perfect for the solo traveler, or couples, and those in town for business.

The living room is great to sit and relax after a long day sightseeing or working and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy your favorite meal.

I have full sets of sheets and extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!

The bathroom has a stand-up shower.

High-speed wifi is included in the unit as well as cable with movie channels and a smart TV where guests can login to their own Netflix account.

Other things to note
* Building amenities (15th floor) are available for guests to use. Note: The outdoor pool opens in late spring to summer depending on the weather and it's up to the building's discretion.

*There is no parking provided in this unit. But there are many secure underground paid parking garage options nearby that are within a 2-minute walk of the building at 302 Front Street West. The parking range costs 20-30 dollars a day.

*Kindly note that the elevator is undergoing maintenance. At this time, only one low-rise and two high-rise elevators are in service, which may lead to longer wait times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

**The pool is currently closed for the season. Please note that both the men's and women's locker rooms will also be closed for approximately one month
