Hi, I’m Federica. I was born in San Miniato, but today I live in Los Angeles with my family.
I love being a host,naturally with the invaluable support of my mom, who lives locally,because I’m fortunate to own several beautiful apartments (not just the one you’re viewing!) and I truly enjoy sharing them with guests who will appreciate them and turn them into places where wonderful memories are made.

San Miniato holds a special place in my heart, and it’s no coincidence that all of my apartments are located right here. They are set in the city center, just outside the limited traffic zone, offering both freedom and convenience: you can arrive by car with no worries and still reach the historic center with a pleasant walk of just three minutes.
Here, everything is truly close, and the atmosphere of the town welcomes you from the very first step.

Casa Elsa is different from my other apartments. Elsa was my grandmother, and this was her home,a place filled with memories and meaning.
It has been renovated with great care and attention, respecting its original soul and transforming it into what it is today: a welcoming and elegant home, designed to make every guest feel truly special.
