Host was forthcoming that construction on the adjacent property was underway. The water to this property had to be shut off twice during our stay, but due to the timing of events, we weren't inconvenienced either time. The back porch area was welcomed by birds chirping & squirrels chattering. Our pets did well in the fenced yard.

The house worked perfectly for our family of 4. Traveling with larger dogs can be a nightmare for finding places to stay with them. If you are traveling with pets and need a place in San Angelo this is it! High fenced in small yard, but more than enough for what the dogs need it for. Seemed to be centrally located for anywhere you may need to go. Nice neighborhood. All in all a very positive experience.

As someone who loves traveling with family and hosting relatives, I know how important it is to find a space that actually feels like a home away from home. I enjoy hosting because I take pride in creating a clean, cozy, and welcoming environment where families can disconnect from the world and reconnect with each other.

We chose the Santa Rita neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. It’s a place where neighbors still wave from their porches, yet we’re just minutes away from the Concho River and downtown. It’s rare to find a neighborhood that feels so secluded while being so central.

Our property is a piece of San Angelo history. Unlike the cookie-cutter homes found in newer developments, this home features the original 1920s craftsmanship that Santa Rita is famous for. From the unique rooflines to the original hardwood floors, it has a 'soul' that you won't find anywhere else. We’ve carefully preserved its vintage character while integrating the modern high-end amenities that today's travelers expect.
