Your Columbus adventure begins at this 1-bedroom/1 bath home, situated in the heart of the very walkable Clintonville neighborhood and just minutes to almost everything you need! Inside, you'll find a fabulous living room featuring a queen sofa bed, a smart TV, a cozy window seat, a table for 4, and plenty of natural lighting. The kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you need, and includes a bar seating area. There's also a washer and dryer for your convenience. The bedroom offers a queen bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, as well as another window seat and plenty of closet and drawer space, plus a dedicated workspace with desk. A well-equipped bathroom includes a hair dryer, soaps, and shampoo/conditioner for added convenience. There's a wonderful outdoor space, including a deck with a table for 2 and two rockers, as well as a small fenced yard. This is a second floor home accessed by stairs. A perfect centrally-located home to call homebase while you're in Columbus!

I'm a lifelong Central Ohio resident and a local real estate broker. I live in Pickerington, Ohio with my wife Stacey, son Mason, and our dogs Malcolm and Murphy. We also have an adult daughter (Dylan) who lives locally.

I'm a graduate of The Ohio State University, and I love music, old cars, bicycling, gardening, bicycling, and dad jokes!

Clintonville is my favorite area of Columbus. It's very walkable, has an amazing trail along the Olentangy River for bicycling/walking, and is centrally located in the city so that no matter where you want to go, it won't take long to get there. There are also many great restaurants and places to go, many of which are only a few minutes away. We've included a guidebook in the home to give you some ideas of places to go while you're here!

The home is located on the second floor of a century-old home. (The first floor is my office, so I'm on site frequently, along with my co-host Cam). I had the entire home completely renovated in 2025, but it still maintains much of its original Craftsman charm. Because of its location on North High St., there are restaurants, parks, and shops within walking distance.
