Experience a one-of-a-kind desert retreat at this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo, perfectly blending comfort and freedom. Located on the resort side of the complex, clothing is required in the surrounding areas—but once you head over to the HOA pool and spa area, nudity is required, creating a unique and liberating experience for guests.
This second-story, 638-square-foot retreat was built in 1996 and is situated in a gated community on the quieter backside of the complex. Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living area with large windows and sliding glass doors that fill the space with natural light. The well-equipped kitchen features a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space, while the dining area comfortably seats four. A bar/seating area doubles as a convenient workspace.
The bedroom boasts a California King bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a pedestal sink, jetted tub/shower combo, and excellent lighting. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.
Outside the front door is the patio, furnished with two chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening sunset.
The community offers a BBQ grill just down the stairs for outdoor cooking. On the HOA side of the complex, you’ll find a large pool, hot tub, and serene landscaping featuring waterfalls and a small river—perfect for relaxation.
Parking is secure and convenient, with both covered and uncovered spaces behind a gated entrance. Please note -in accordance with community rules, guests are required to be nude in the HOA pool and spa area, separate from the condo’s resort-side location. The pool and spa closest to this condo require clothing. Guests can purchase a daily “Resort Pass” to access the clothed pool, spa, tennis courts and pickleball courts.
