With its 190m2 size, the apartment offers: three bedrooms, three bathrooms, air conditioned living room, kitchen and roofed terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen has electric stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker. You also have washing machine, hair dryer, bed sheets and towels. All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned.
Note: not suitable for groups of young people. A security deposit in the amount of 150,00 EUR must be left and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order. Swimming pool and grill can all guests in the house use 9 - 22h. Visitors from outside the house only on request.
