(Only one parking spot is included with this reservation. The valet garage cannot accommodate a second vehicle. If needed, there is nearby street parking and a paid lot available at a daily rate.)

• Please note the following vehicles are not permitted in the valet garage:

Vehicles with breathalyzers, faulty brakes, or unsafe modifications
Large vehicles, including sprinter vans, long economy vans, or vehicles carrying 10+ passengers
Vehicles exceeding the height limit of 6’8”
Dually trucks or service trucks with wide wheels, lockers, or containers
Vehicles lifted aftermarket or fitted with oversized custom rims and tires
Motorcycles or tricycles unless they have car-type controls

Please note that for all VRBO bookings we require a security hold on your credit card of $300 as a security deposit for your stay. This will be charged 5 days before your check-out and will be released back to you 2 days after check-out given no damages to the property

- NO SMOKING of any kind
- NO loud parties. This is a residential building, please be respectful of the neighbors that live next door. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Do not leave any trash, bags, or any other items outside the apartment door. The building is very strict and will impose a $75 fine per item if anything is left outside the units, especially overnight.
- Please do not stain any towels or linens. We provide makeup towels specifically for guests to use, we unfortunately will have to charge if we are unable to get the stains out of any towel or linen
