This vacation home is ideal for a vacation with several families or a group of friends. The house is furnished with high quality and tasteful furniture and has a very welcoming atmosphere.



Relax outside by the outdoor pool or in the hot tub and enjoy the view over the countryside. The children can have fun with basketball, the trampoline, the slide or in the playhouse, among other things. On the terraces it is wonderful to spend time with a good book and a cool drink or end the day with dinner in the evening.



The house has an excellent location for visiting the Vrana Lake Nature Park. In the immediate vicinity, next to the royal town of Biograd na Moru, there is an amusement park.



The accommodation is suitable for people with disabilities, as it is equipped with a ramp. On the first floor there is a room and a bathroom with a wider door and entrance to the bath. There is a possibility of heating with wood.
