This second floor apartment can accommodate 6-7 people. With its 100 m² size, apartment offers: three bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), living room, kitchen, separate WC and terrace. Kitchen is equipped to highest standards and has: fridge with freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and water boiler. Guests also have washing machine, SAT/TV, WiFi and grilling possibility. Bed sheets and towels are included in price. Air conditioning is only in the living room. Parking is in front of the building. Pets are not allowed.
NOTE: apartment is not suitable for groups of young people.A security deposit in the amount of 100,00 EUR must be left and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order.
