On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the vestibule. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room and with dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 6 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs. Kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and electric water boiler.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Kastav, district of Kastav. The landlord lives in the house only part-time but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.
