These excellent apartments are 2- and 3-room units ranging from 42 to 99 square meters in living space and feature high-quality finishes. All apartments feature underfloor heating. The units are spread across three floors and are easily accessible by elevator. Some of the vacation homes are designed to be accessible. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are available. Each vacation apartment offers a view of the harbor area and the Baltic Sea. The Hafenspitze area also features a BAIS guest reception desk, as well as restaurants and various small shops. You’ll spend your stay in a maritime setting and can reach Wismar’s Old Town in just a few minutes on foot—home to historic buildings and Brick Gothic churches, complete with a viewing platform offering a panoramic view of the Hanseatic city.

You’ll be welcomed by a spacious vacation apartment with 63 square meters of living space, which can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright living-dining area features a very modern design and includes a balcony with a view of the harbor toward Holzhafen and the cruise ships arriving there. For entertainment, the apartment is equipped with an Internet-enabled TV with hotel mode, Internet radio, and free Wi-Fi.

If you’d prefer not to dine at one of the many restaurants in the vicinity, you can also prepare your own meals in Vacation Apartment 18, as it features a fully equipped kitchen integrated into the living area. After a day of exploring, you’ll enjoy peaceful nights in the separate bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. The apartment also features a modern bathroom with a shower. As part of our included service, the beds for two people are already made upon arrival, and towels are provided.
