Would you like to live in the front row on the water? Would you like to enjoy floating birds and passing boats from your terrace? This beautiful floating 3-person house, which opened in 2021, offers a great opportunity to enjoy water and nature in complete freedom and tranquillity. From this houseboat you have a view of the water. There is high water and low water in the Meuse. When there is enough high water, you have a fantastic view over the dyke and the landscape beyond.



The floating holiday home has its own jetty where you can moor your smaller boat, canoe or SUP. You enter the house via the terrace with an unobstructed view of the water. If you need shade, the owner has an awning ready for you in the house. You enter the living room with open-plan kitchen via the terrace. From the seating and dining area you have a beautiful view of the surrounding water. The kitchen is well equipped for a houseboat. For example, there is a small dishwasher and an oven. The bedrooms have a double bed (200x180cm and 200x150cm) and a television.



The houseboat is located right next to a small marina where you can use the boat ramp (for a fee at reception). The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, cycling and boating. The location is in the well-known and very extensive area of Maasplassen with many beautiful villages and towns. Belgium and Germany are just around the corner. In the Netherlands, visit the white city of Thorn, the historic cities of Maastricht and Roermond and the national parks De Meinweg and De Groote Peel. Cycling enthusiasts can visit the beautiful Linnerweerd nature reserve. At the beach of Maasterp, near the Dilkensplas National Park, you can swim, surf, canoe and wakeboard. In Belgium, you should definitely visit Maaseik, the Burgundian city of Hasselt and De Hoge Kempen National Park.
