Electricity Usage Policy:

Please note that for bookings longer than 1 days, a daily electricity usage limit of 50 units applies; usage beyond this limit incur additional charges.
Electricity will be billed separately at a rate of Rs. 65 per unit. A refundable security deposit will be collected at check-in, which will vary depending on the length and nature of your booking. The deposit will be returned at checkout after deducting electricity usage (if applicable).

Additional Services Information:

• Cleaning: The first-time cleaning is included in your stay. Daily cleaning service is available on demand at Rs. 1,500/day or Rs. 15,000/month.
• Cook: A cook can be arranged on demand. Charges are Rs. 2,000/day or Rs. 40,000/month.
• Car Rental: Car service is also available upon request. Rates vary depending on the type of car and availability.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for everyone, please familiarize yourself with our house policies below.

1. Check-In & Documentation
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement/check-in form is required prior to arrival. Access to the property will be provided once this is received.

Arrival Inspection: Your comfort is our priority. Please provide a valid phone number and report any cleanliness concerns within 2 hours of arrival so we can address them immediately.

2. Smoke-Free & Fire-Safe Environment
Strict No-Smoking Policy: This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free home. This includes tobacco, marijuana, and electronic smoking devices.

No Open Flames: For fire safety, the use of candles, incense, or sage is strictly prohibited.

Penalty: Violation of this policy will result in a $200 per day remediation fee.

3. Property Atmosphere & Conduct
Community Standards: To maintain a respectful, family-friendly environment, we do not permit unmarried couples.

Prohibited Substances: The possession or use of drugs and alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises.

Quiet Hours & Gatherings: To respect our neighbors, parties, gatherings, and loud music are not permitted at any time.

4. Occupancy & Security
Guest Limits: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without a refund.

Surveillance: For your security and the protection of the property, exterior cameras are in use.

5. Check-Out & Belongings
Timing: Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Late Check-Out: Unauthorized late check-outs incur a $50 fee, as our cleaning staff is scheduled and paid based on this arrival time.

Lost & Found: Please double-check for all personal items. Any items left behind requiring shipment will incur a $50 handling fee plus the cost of postage. We aim to ship items within one week.

6. Future Reservations
We value guests who treat our home with care. We reserve the right to decline future booking requests from guests who do not follow these house rules or cause property damage.
