In the bedroom, guests will find air conditioning, a 50" smart TV, a dedicated workspace, an ironing board, an electric iron, and blackout curtains, ensuring comfort for both rest and remote work. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, offering a pleasant space to relax.

Durante o período do carnaval de Salvador o uso da vaga de garagem fica restrito, não sendo possível utilização do hóspede. O motivo é a restrição de circulação de veículos da Prefeitura de Salvador. Nesse período, o deck da academia terá seu uso restrito. Não estará disponível para hóspedes.
A piscina costuma fechar às segundas-feiras para tratamento, mas pode ser fechada pela administração do condomínio em outros dias da semana pra manutenção.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.
