The open-concept kitchen opens onto the living room and is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary kitchen utensils. Wi-Fi, a TV with the full SKY package, and a radio are also available. Outside, the terrace, patio furniture, and access to the garden invite you to relax; a sauna is also available. The apartment is located on the first floor and features heating, window screens, and a private parking space. It is a non-smoking property; children are welcome, and up to two pets are allowed. The sandy beach and the sea are each about 400 m away; a restaurant is about 300 m away, and shopping options are about 400 m away.
