The open-concept kitchen area, which opens onto the living room, is equipped with a glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher, among other amenities. A wood-burning stove and underfloor heating ensure coziness, while Wi-Fi and a TV provide everyday convenience. The private sauna, as well as access to the shared sauna and heated outdoor pool, invite you to relax.

Outside, you’ll find a terrace, a balcony, and a garden with patio furniture, a gazebo, a parasol, and a grill. From the house, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea; the sea is about 100 meters away, and the nearest sandy beach is about 2.5 kilometers away. Restaurants are about 200 meters away, and shopping and public transportation are each about 150 meters away. Two private parking spaces are available; a car is recommended. Children are welcome, and up to two pets are allowed. The house is a smoke-free property and offers numerous opportunities for walks, bike rides, and water sports in the surrounding area.

Groß Zicker lies south of Gager. In addition to the charming old fishing village with its thatched-roof cottages, the Zicker Mountains are a major highlight here.
