Complex:
The “Zwei Bodden” vacation residence offers spacious vacation apartments that can accommodate up to 4 people. They are modernly furnished, and each apartment has its own parking space right next to the building. Wi-Fi is, of course, free of charge. You can book your relaxation with us at no extra cost!
The vacation apartments are located in the former fishing village of Lietzow, which lies in the northeastern part of the island of Rügen. Nestled amid a wooded range of hills, between the Kleiner and the Großer Jasmunder Bodden, you can fully immerse yourself in this idyllic setting. Anyone who has ever driven through Lietzow will surely remember the little castle on the forested hillside. It dates back to the 19th century and was built modeled after Lichtenstein Castle in the Echaz Valley near Reutlingen. It’s visible from afar and is thus part of Lietzow’s distinctive panorama. From the newly built promenade, you have a fantastic view across the Jasmunder Bodden. You’ll also find the traditional smokehouse in town, complete with an attached restaurant that serves freshly smoked and freshly caught fish daily.
Lietzow is located right next to one of Germany’s most beautiful treetop trails. The step-free wooden path leads you 40 meters above the treetops of Prora and, after more than 1.2 kilometers, reaches the “Eagle’s Nest.” This is a wooden structure modeled after a bird’s nest, which you ascend in a spiral around a tree. Once at the top, at a height of 82 meters, you’ll enjoy a spectacular view of the surrounding countryside and the rich birdlife. A few kilometers further on, you’ll find the flint fields—a sight you should see at least once in your life.
We wish you and your family a carefree and unforgettable vacation on the beautiful island of Rügen!
