THE ESTATE LAYOUT The property is composed of three distinct sections.

1. The Main Villa (6 Bedrooms)

Ground Floor: An expansive open-plan design connecting a living room with a decorative fireplace, an 8-seat dining area, and a dedicated entertainment zone with leather recliners and a game table.

Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with professional-grade appliances.

Sleeping: 2 King Suites on the ground floor (one with a kitchenette) and 4 Queen/Double bedrooms on the upper level. All feature A/C, Smart TVs, and Ensuite Bathrooms.

2. The Garden Studio (Bedroom #7) A standalone oasis within the grounds offering extra seclusion.

Select 1 - 6 Guests: Unlocks the Main Villa only (6 Bedrooms).

Select 7 Guests: Unlocks 7 Bedrooms (Main Villa + Studio).

Select 8 - 9 Guests: Unlocks the Full Estate (Main Villa + Studio + Guest Villa).

Note: If you are a smaller group but desire more space (e.g., 4 couples wanting 4 King suites across the whole estate), simply select the guest count that corresponds to the number of bedrooms you need.
