Note: Failure to follow this rule may result in fines or towing by the building administration at the guest's expense. The host is not responsible for building enforcement actions.

You’ll have access to the entire 2BR residence plus all of District 225’s shared amenities.
Check-in is contactless. After you complete registration at the front desk, you’ll receive a secure FOB that opens your unit, the elevators and the amenity floors. Valid government photo ID is required at check-in for every adult guest (building policy).
Amenity access is wristband-based: each registered adult guest receives an amenity wristband at check-in (up to 4 per unit). Wear it to use the pool, spa, gym and other facilities.
