In case of lost keys, or if any of the room doors are accidentally locked inside, it will be necessary to contact a locksmith. The cost of the service must be covered by the guest currently staying in the apartment.

This 96-square-meter apartment features two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. The master bedroom also includes a trundle bed. The apartment boasts a spacious closet for storing clothes and bags. The living room includes a sofa. Enjoy the balcony with comfortable chairs, a table, and spectacular views of Cartagena. Each bedroom has a Smart TV, and there is another Smart TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking.

Apartment, pool, parking, and common areas (except sauna and jacuzzi) are included. Gym access is available for an additional fee, which may vary (approximately 20,000 pesos per hour). Visitors are not allowed. If you check in after 5:00 PM, a fee of 50,000 pesos must be paid upon arrival to the person checking you in. This covers the cost of the employee staying after hours. The pool is open: Monday - Friday: 9:30 AM to 12:45 PM / 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 4:15 PM to 6:30 PM. Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Reservations must be made one day in advance with the building's reception.

The Bocagrande area contains most of the city's tourist facilities, including hotels, shops, restaurants, nightclubs, and art galleries. It is located between Cartagena Bay to the east and the Caribbean Sea to the west. Bocagrande boasts large beaches and a wide variety of commercial activity along Avenida San Martín.

Transportation is readily available in this part of Cartagena. Bocagrande is one of Cartagena's most exclusive neighborhoods. It boasts a wide array of excellent restaurants, hotels, and shops, and is just a 10-minute taxi ride from the walled city center.
