1704 Morros City - Spectacular Apt in Bocagrande

One-bedroom apartment on the 17th floor of one of Cartagena's newest and most prestigious buildings. It features a living room, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a balcony with spectacular views of Cartagena beach and the walled city center to the far right. Perfect for a couple's getaway or a business trip. The apartment accommodates 1-4 people maximum. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two sofa beds for two people in the living room. You will be given a wristband upon arrival and must avoid losing it. If you lose it, you will be charged $20,000 pesos for each wristband. Only guests registered on the reservation are allowed in the building. To register someone, please send their name 24 hours prior to arrival. A maximum of four people can be registered in the apartment. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; the fine is $250 USD.

Upon check-in, you will be given a wristband that you must wear throughout your stay. This allows the building to know who is staying in the apartment. You will have access to the pool and gym on the S floor, as well as to your apartment. You will also have access to a parking garage.

Bocagrande boasts long beaches and bustling commercial activity along Avenida San Martín.

Transportation is readily available in this part of Cartagena. Bocagrande is one of Cartagena's most exclusive neighborhoods. It boasts a wide array of excellent restaurants, hotels, and shops, and is just a 5-8 minute taxi ride from the walled city center and a 10-15 minute taxi ride to the airport. A taxi ride from the airport to the building typically costs 20,000 pesos.
