Spectacular Ocean View - Infinito 702 Building

This spectacular apartment on the 7th floor of one of Cartagena's most prestigious buildings features a spacious living room, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a large balcony with breathtaking views of the ocean and the historic center. Perfect for family vacations, getaways with friends, or business trips. The apartment accommodates 1-8 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed and two single trundle beds, the second bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom has a queen bed.

IMPORTANT NOTE - In accordance with our policy, if the provided savings card is damaged or broken, a $50 USD charge will be applied to cover replacement costs. This measure allows us to maintain the quality of service and resources available to all our guests. - Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. This will result in a $200 USD fine. - Pets are not allowed.

This 3-bedroom apartment is located on the 7th floor of the Infinito building. You'll be in the heart of Boca Grande, just steps away from shopping centers, restaurants, and the city's main thoroughfares. Access to the gym and Turkish bath is exclusively for building residents. Master bedroom: 1 queen bed, trundle bed with two single beds, TV, private bathroom, and closet. Second bedroom: 2 double beds and closet. Third bedroom: 1 queen bed, closet, and private bathroom. (This is the only apartment in the building with two bedrooms and private bathrooms.) The apartment includes one parking space.

Enjoy Cartagena by staying in the spectacular Infinito building. You'll have access to the pool but not the Turkish bath or gym. Only registered guests are allowed in the building. Guest names must be sent to me at least 24 hours before your check-in date. Names not sent will not be allowed entry. No visitors are permitted! You can register a maximum of 8 people in total, but you must specify the exact number of guests when making your Airbnb reservation. Remember to send me all names before your check-in date.
