Cozy attic apartment (34 m²) with a living/dining room and free Wi-Fi

Our cozy attic apartment is approximately 34 square meters and can accommodate up to 3 people. The apartment features a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a combined living-dining area with a pull-out couch and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, an egg cooker, a toaster, and a bread maker, has everything you could need. Pots, pans, bowls, cutlery, dish towels, and dishes are provided. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Pets allowed upon request. A bread roll delivery service is available upon request. A parking space is available free of charge. Payment is made on-site in cash. A 50% advance payment may be charged after booking. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are allowed (pet surcharge: 5.00 EUR/night). A crib can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax of 0.90 EUR per person (ages 16 and up) per day, and 0.70 EUR per day for children (ages 6–15), is payable on site.
