Exactly as described! This is the 2nd property we’ve rented from this host and does not disappoint! Fast communication for any questions, clean property equipped with everything you need (just bring your own groceries). Loved the open floor plan and kitchen is beautiful. We plan on staying only at Katy’s properties when we come to Sierra Vista!

The property was absolutely beautiful. We came to visit our grandchildren for the week. The host was very accommodating when it came to our little ones hanging out with us at the rental. They even had a surprise large closet/room with a small play space for them. The views were fantastic and the back patio with pool made our stay even better. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. It felt like home. I couldn’t recommend this home enough. We will be back soon!

The host was extremely friendly and accommodating, their communication with us during our stay was very timely and they were always reachable if we had questions. Their home was very beautiful, it was well maintained and conveniently located in Sierra Vista. The backyard had a beautiful view of the mountains and golf course, the home also had large windows and open floor plan to appreciate the views. The house is very family friendly.

My x mother in law and I planned a trip to Sierra Vista to visit her granddaughters and great grandkids. I found this home and it was perfect . Dog friendly so that helped . Check in was easy . The house we all loved, as soon as you walk in they have a play closet with a stove and the kids loved it . The backyard with the pool was so relaxing , even in the hot weather it was nice . The kids saw lots of bunnies by the golf course . The home itself was so cozy it felt comfortable. We had an amazing time and we will definitely be staying here again when we visit the granddaughters and grandkids. Thank you Katy and Luis for offering your home to us . Virginia

The property is lovely. Open floor plan and good size kitchen and patio. I wish it would have been better stocked with paper products trash bags, and mixing bowls for cooking. The host was kind and quick with answers to any questions I had. Over all it was a great stay! Thank you!!!

This home is so cozy and the backyard pool & spa with the views of the golf course lake and the Huachuca Mountains are incredible. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for your entire family to enjoy meals together or play games together (our favorite).
