We offer additional services such as pool heating (if applicable) that can be purchased from our store, early check-ins, public parking passes, and much more through our online tourist portal. ***All store items are subject to availability.***

Important note about pool heating!
Under 50 degrees Fahrenheit, (outside temperature), The pool heater shuts itself off.
This is how this product works.
It will turn back on only when the outside temperature is higher than 50

In the case you purchase the pool/spa heater option please note that the system is created to heat the spa and the overflow will heat the pool. The default heating schedule is as follows:
Pool: 6:00 AM to 1:00AM
Also, when the outside temperature goes under 50 degrees, as a safety precaution the pool equipment will shut off. Once the temperature goes over 50 degrees, it will turn back on automatically. This is a safety precaution to be sure the equipment does not get damaged. On average you can expect 1 degree hotter per hour. This is normal. Pool spa- important to know-
Is a part of the pool water system! The pool and spa will be at the same temperature! For example, the pool is on 90 the spa will be 90 as well)
* Please note! NO SWIMMING IS ALLOWED AT THE CANAL!
* Home is not childproofed. Please supervise children at all times.
* No daily cleaning services. Please check the online Tourist Portal for additional services available.
* All TVs are ROKU (smart TVs) for online streaming. No Cable.
* We may have scheduled maintenance workers e.g. lawn care, pool maintenance, and repair work that may need access to the home or yard. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services.
* Safety devices installed: Ring Device on the front door. Exterior security cameras both at the front and back of the house. Patrolling Security. Noise decibel monitoring system inside.

* BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. The property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind that may result from the use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use a ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.

Starter packs - toiletries and towels are provided at the onset of the stay. Once used, you can buy them at the nearest store or use our washer and dryer for laundry needs.

We may have scheduled maintenance services such as lawn care, pool maintenance, or repair work during your stay. These services are performed by third-party vendors on a fixed schedule, and we do not have control over their exact timing. As a result, they may arrive without prior notice to complete work outside the home.

In most cases, these vendors *will not enter the house* and will only perform work in the exterior areas of the property. If interior access is ever required, we will notify you in advance whenever possible.
