Your apartment is lovingly furnished and well-maintained. The newly furnished Bedroom 1 features a double bed and two nightstands, each with two large drawers. Each of the two guests has their own closet as well as a shelf for bags. Reading lamps and a large TV are also provided. Bedroom 2 can also be used as a living room (see photos). Here you’ll find a bed with a slatted frame and mattress that can also serve as a couch. A wardrobe and a TV are also at your disposal. Of course, every room has a large window for ventilation, equipped with roller shutters. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven, coffee maker, NESPRESSO machine, electric kettle, toaster, and a small seating area. All rooms have natural light and a view of the garden. The small shower room features a shower, a toilet, a convenient sink with a large lighted mirror, and a window for ventilation. When the weather is nice, you can also sit outside on a small terrace in front of your apartment. Of course, you also have free Wi-Fi access. A 50% deposit is due via bank transfer after booking. The remaining balance is due before arrival via bank transfer or in cash upon check-in. A security deposit of 300.00 EUR is required. Liability insurance is mandatory for every guest; if you do not have it, a security deposit of 500.00 EUR is required. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. Included services: final cleaning, towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, on-street parking.
