Close to 3 Lakes. Lake Geneva, Lake Como and Lake Delavan. Multiple golf courses in area.!

You can also enjoy zip lining, Tristan Crist magic show, mini golf, concert venues, dinner cruises (there’s also a Santa Clause cruise), Oktoberfest, ice sculptures, and skiing nearby. Always something to do in Lake Geneva.

2 bedrooms, 1 bath and 1 queen pull out sofa. It does sleep 6, however keep in mind there is only one small bathroom. More than 4 people will have to be approved and there is a slight up charge over 4.
Newly renovated home with all new furnishings, amenities. Gas fireplace (with remote/non wood burning) available to use Nov thru March.

Full size washer and dryer. Garage can be used for storage only (bikes, coolers). Comfortable mattresses with linen provided. Locked closets/cabinets are for personal use. Wifi, smart lock, exterior camera, and onsite parking. Driveway can easily fit 2-3 cars
Patio with outside furniture, charcoal grill and firepit (charcoal/wood not provided). It is not handicapped/wheelchair accessible as there are a couple steps at each door with 4-5 steps on porch. No ramps or handrails at the house
Free Como beach access, public boat launch, parks (parking pass provided, however, if they are not left in house there will be a charge to replace them)
Multiple restaurants/pubs within a mile of home.

The home is yours to use except for locked closets/cabinets. It isn’t handicapped/wheelchair accessible
No cars in the garage. These are narrow streets and driveways. No street parking.
You are welcome to use WD, detergent provided. Please no sand in WD, appreciate cleaning of dryer lint trap after use

All contact information is provided in binder in home. Available via Airbnb message , phone, text, email. A local cohost is available 24/7 if needed. The number is provided to you at check in and is also in binder in house

Due to health issues we do not allow pets. no smoking/vaping of any kind in the house. No illegal drugs allowed on property. No underage drinking. There will be an additional charge of 100.00 if cleaning service finds evidence of pets/smoke in the house. If pets are noted in the house during your stay, you will be asked to leave with no refund provided. everything in the house is new and we would like to keep it as clean/allergy free as we can
There are no parties allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood that has full time residents.

Only number of guests in booking allowed on property.
I understand plans change, however
You must notify owner via Airbnb app of any added guests after reservation accepted. You may be required to modify your reservation to show the extra guests.
No more than 4 overnight guests will be booked

We love children, however, This home is not childproof. Although the yard is fully fenced children must be supervised. There are stairs in back to patio. Standing shelf and dressers are not anchored to walls. There are outlet plugs and one cabinet lock you can use, however you are responsible to watch any children you bring both inside and out.

We are not responsible for any injuries any guests may incur during their stay. There is a hospital and an urgent care close by and first aid supplies in the home.

There is no parking in garage or on street.

Please note: I understand things happen but I ask there be no drinking/eating in bedrooms. If you have a spill/accident please clean it up and notify me so the cleaning service can bring proper solution. There will be an up charge for extra cleaning and/or if stain does not come out.

The washing machine is designed for small loads. Please do not overfill and do not use any pods in the washing machine. Liquid detergent is provided.
The fabric softener feature is disabled. Do not use bleach products in any drain. The cleaners use approved products so please no other chemicals in drains.
I ask that you only use washer if necessary and only when someone is in the house.
