We had a great stay here! We had multiple families with kids of all ages and there was plenty of space for everyone. Everyone enjoyed the pool, game room areas and movie theater room. We accidentally tripped the break in the kitchen one morning and they were there within twenty minutes to get it fixed. The only things we noted that would be a nice addition would be towel hooks in the bathrooms and a little better equipped kitchen but everything we had was still doable. It was a quick ten minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg. We also saw bears multiple times around the cabin! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear your group had such a great stay and that guests of all ages were able to enjoy the pool, game room, and theater room. It's great to know the cabin provided plenty of space for everyone to relax and make lasting memories. We're also happy our maintenance team was able to respond quickly and get the kitchen breaker issue resolved so you could get back to enjoying your vacation. Thank you as well for your thoughtful suggestions about the bathroom towel hooks and kitchen equipment—we truly appreciate the feedback and will share it with the homeowner as we continually look for ways to improve the guest experience. And of course, seeing bears around the cabin is always an unforgettable Smoky Mountain bonus! We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and can't wait to welcome you back for another great getaway.
