This Sunland House is a short walk to a quiet beach where you can spend the day and drive your boat into for the day! The public boat launch is just a mile away.

The Space: On the main floor, you`ll find:

A dining area with seating for 8, seamlessly connected to the kitchen via a bar with 4 additional chairs.
A fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for your culinary adventures.
Access to a deck with a gas BBQ, a table, and 6 chairs—perfect for outdoor dining and soaking in the natural surroundings. Step off the deck into an open area with a trail leading directly to the river’s edge.
A half bath and a secret children’s playroom tucked under the stairs.
On the upper floor, you’ll discover:
A master bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom, complete with a 2-person jetted tub, shower, and dual sinks.
A spacious second bedroom featuring a king bed, a small sofa, a rocking chair, and a TV.
A third bedroom with a queen bed and a chest of drawers.
