This lower-level unit is a functional, ground-floor retreat designed for a smooth stay. With a neutral color palette and a clean layout, it provides a steady home base for your time in Colorado Springs. The walk-out design is a standout feature, giving you immediate access to the outdoors and shared amenities without any stairs to worry about.

The living area provides a cozy and inviting environment, featuring a comfortable futon-style sofa centered around a rustic wood coffee table. It serves as your main entertainment hub with a wall-mounted Smart TV and an open layout that connects right into the kitchenette area. From here, you can step through the sliding glass doors directly onto the ground-level patio, putting the shared hot tub just a few feet away.

Guests have access to two dedicated parking spots on the wide concrete driveway. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use. A clear path leads from the parking area to your private side entrance for easy access to your unit.

How is the privacy since there is an upper unit?

You have complete interior privacy with no shared interior spaces and a private entrance on the side of the house. While the backyard and hot tub are shared, the units are separate.
