Location: The home is located in Old East Dallas, an up-and-coming, transitioning neighborhood near Deep Ellum. You’ll be close to downtown attractions while experiencing a more residential, local setting.
• Parking: Free parking is available in both the front and back of the property. Please park only in designated areas and be mindful of neighbors.
• Quiet Hours: This is a quiet property. Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for neighboring residents.
• No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings, or unregistered guests are strictly prohibited.
• Violations may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund and a minimum $500 fine.
• No Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed inside the unit.
• A $300 smoke remediation fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
• Bedding & Linens: Please do not use makeup, self-tanner, hair dye, or similar products in bed.
• Stained linens or towels will result in replacement charges.
• Occupancy: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time.
• Respect the Space: This home is professionally cleaned and designed for comfort. Please treat the property with care and report any issues promptly so we can address them.
• Security & Monitoring: Exterior security cameras and/or noise monitoring devices may be in place for safety and rule compliance. No devices are located inside private areas.
