The two bathrooms include a soothing bathtub, adding a touch of comfort to your stay. For your comfort each bedroom and living area have mini splits (refrigerated air/heat) to keep you comfortable year-round. Large kitchen with island seating, appliances, dishes, seasonings, and coffee bar. Large front and back porches to enjoy your coffee, drinks, watch the sunrise or sunset, and the wildlife that frequent the area. Whether you’re unwinding outdoors, in the living room or getting ready for the day, you’ll find everything you need right here. Fully fenced yard offers circular parking or straight-in parking. Everything was great, location was right near everything, the host was very responsive, and the house was perfect and in a quiet neighborhood.

This was our second time here and it was just as excellent as the first time!The place was newly renovated and so clean “ you could eat off the floors “! It felt like a new home, so comfy! The place was easy to find. It is located in an older quiet neighborhood with a fenced yard. One cannot go wrong staying here…it is so MUCH BETTER and CLEANER than staying in any of the “hotels” in Silver City!Becky was quick to respond to any of our questions. We had no issues staying in her VRBO.We look forward to staying here on our next trip! THANK YOU Becky for making our stay WELCOMING & COMFORTABLE!!

Booking this home was very simple. The host had great communication. I had a conference at the high school so the location was perfect because it’s just around the corner. It was also very close to amenities such as the stores and restaurants. The house was very clean. The host was also so sweet to leave some extra snacks for our trip. There was also some book options if you would like to read, and there was also some game options to play while gathering. The beds were very comfortable and clean as well. If you are coming to Silver city and need a place to stay, this is an excellent option and the price is perfect.
