Very nice place to stay but

The shower was terrible. I would’ve rated 5 stars if not for the terrible shower water pressure

Great location, good sized loft room...

Location is great. The room was good. Mattress needs update as it slopes into the middle from the sides. Bed sheets need to be bigger to fit mattress better. Blanket for pull out couch bed had 2 massive holes in it (had to phone front desk to get it changed). No hot water on morning of the last day due to a broken water pipe somewhere in the building. A-Wing elevator was broken and won't be fixed until April.

Good

I was staying 2 nights with my family, and that's was good. The room has a huge space and clean, also good location. However, sometimes I felt hot inside even though the air condition has turned on.

Great staff, clean, roomy and conveniently located.

Nice big bedroom and kitchen was very clean and updated. Everything was spotless. The nicest part was how accommodating the staff were. I got a text on the way up to say our room was ready - almost 4 hours early - and they further accommodated us by giving us 2 extra hours on a Sunday morning. There’s no EV charging but the public parking lot across the way has ample amounts so we parked there. Great stay and lovely place!
