2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Mariners Walk 3F is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa in the Mariners Walk community at Wild Dunes — a comfortable home base for larger families and groups who want space, easy beach access, and a quieter corner of the resort. The ocean-view balcony is a guest favorite for morning coffee and end-of-day breezes, and the layout gives everyone room to land at the end of a beach day.
Please note: condo regulations prohibit guests from using the fireplace.

Mariners Walk 3F guests have access to the Mariners Walk private community pool. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your community.

The fitness center at Wild Dunes is reserved for resort hotel guests only. We recommend the Isle of Palms Recreation Center as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.
