Welcome to our brand new apartment in Palermo Soho! Here you will find everything you need to fully enjoy your stay in the most vibrant nighoborhood of Buenos Aires!



The apartment, with capacity for up to four people, has a bedroom with two single beds that can be adapted to a double bed, as well as two sofa beds for greater comfort. There is also a complete bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen that will allow you to cook your favorite meals and a built-in laundry room, so you can always have your clothes clean and ready to wear.



Of course, we cannot forget about the most important thing in our times - high-speed internet. You will have Wi-Fi connection throughout the apartment so you can be connected at all times.



In addition, we offer you peace of mind and security with the security camera at the access to the apartment.



The apartment's location is unbeatable, in the heart of Palermo Soho, the most active neighborhood in the city. Here you will find the best restaurants, bars and discos, so you can enjoy Buenos Aires nightlife like never before.

Palermo is a neighborhood in full expansion, where there may be construction works near or adjacent to the apartment with hours regulated by the government of the autonomous city of Buenos Aires, which exceed our scope.



Ecopark and Botanical Gardens are just a short walk from this spot, offering some of the largerst green areas in the city.



Getting Around:

Palermo offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property. Just 200 meters you can find Subway station line D, station Scalabrini Ortiz.

For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.



Other Things to Note:

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
