Located in the vibrant La Arena district, in the heart of Gijón, our apartment sits on one of the city's most sought-after streets. You're just 4 minutes from San Lorenzo Beach (around 250 meters!) and minutes from the charming Plaza Mayor and historic Old Town.

Right outside your door, you'll find a lively pedestrian street lined with cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, and local services, everything you need within walking distance. The nearby Parque de la Fábrica de Gas offers a green escape, while the iconic beach promenade invites morning jogs or sunset strolls.

You're around 250 meters from San Lorenzo Beach—literally four minutes to the sand and surf. A 10-minute walk takes you to Plaza Mayor and the charming Old Town, while right outside your door, you'll find a lively pedestrian street filled with restaurants, cafés, boutique shops, and local services.
