This 3-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of Building D and can accommodate up to 4 people. You can conveniently park your car in the underground parking space assigned to the apartment. You can reach the apartment either by elevator or via the stairs.<br><br>The 85 m² of living space is divided into a light-filled living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There are also two bedrooms, each with a double box-spring bed. One bathroom with a bathtub is located right next to one of the bedrooms, while the other bathroom, with a shower, is separate. The apartment is allergy-friendly.<br><br>Despite its hillside location, you’ll still have access to a ground-level terrace with a partial ocean view, where you can spend wonderful hours. Two sun loungers, a beach chair, and a table with 6 chairs are waiting for you!
