Welcome to your “home away from home” in Pelzerhaken! This spacious 3-room apartment in Building C is perfect for families (and dogs), featuring a terrace with access to the garden and a small, fenced-in playground just a few meters from the terrace. The south-facing orientation toward the beach and the sea promises pure relaxation.

Designed to accommodate 5 people, the apartment is located on the first floor but is still at ground level relative to the garden area. It can be reached by elevator from the garage.

Pelzerhaken’s beach, with its promenade and pier, is just a few steps away.

The open-concept living and dining area is bright and inviting, featuring upscale furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has privacy curtains. A special feature is the Sky TV package with Entertainment Plus, Bundesliga soccer, sports, and movies on the TV in the living room.

One of the bedrooms features a comfortable box-spring bed with its own (bathtub) bathroom and TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed as well as an additional single bed. The bed storage compartment holds plenty of toys for your children. The second bathroom in the hallway is equipped with a shower. A crib and high chair are available.

A small connecting path provides convenient access to both the fitness area and the sauna area in Building H of the resort (see photo).

Dogs are welcome in this apartment! Thanks to its direct beachfront location and the many different options for walking your dog in the surrounding area (beach/forest/country roads), this apartment is a paradise for dog owners.

All beaches in Neustadt, Pelzerhaken, and Rettin are open to dogs in the winter. At all other times, various dog-friendly beaches are within walking distance.

The apartment features a dedicated fiber-optic connection with download speeds of up to 300 Mbits/s, which also enables remote work. A private parking space in the underground garage is included with the apartment.

All apartments have large terraces or balconies with direct or partial ocean views. Each building has an elevator that provides barrier-free access directly from the underground parking garage to your apartment.

The clearance height of the underground parking garage is 2.20 m.

Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nude beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.

The facility also offers storage for your water sports equipment. A bike storage room for your bicycles, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a youth room with a ping-pong table and foosball table round out the amenities.
