The 60 m² two-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of Building B and is designed to accommodate two people and a dog. You can park your car in the apartment’s private underground parking space. You can reach the apartment by elevator or stairs.<br><br>The inviting hallway leads you to the beautiful bathroom with a tub and shower. Back in the hallway, your path takes you straight to the heart of the apartment—the living area. Here you’ll find an open-concept kitchen, a welcoming dining area, and a cozy sofa nook that invite you to linger. Enjoy the view from the window—the Baltic Sea beckons.
