The wonderful luxury suite 3.04 on the 3rd floor offers 80 m² of space for up to 5 people and is located just a few meters from the beach. The suite features two separate bedrooms as well as a sleeper sofa in the living area for one additional person.

You’ll find a fully equipped, bright kitchenette as well as an adjoining living and dining area. The spacious living area opens directly onto the dining area and features a cozy armchair and a comfortable sofa that can serve as a sleeping area for one person if needed.

The two separate bedrooms each feature a high-quality box-spring double bed and offer direct access to the balcony. From here, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery and fully savor the peaceful atmosphere. An awning provides additional comfort and allows you to relax on the balcony—both on sunny days and in light rain.

In addition, the suite features a luxurious bathroom with a shower.

Special highlights of the suite include the private sauna (2.37 m x 1.19 m) and the spacious, furnished balcony, which invites you to linger and enjoy the fresh sea air. Whether it’s breakfast, a cozy afternoon, or a glass of wine in the evening—here you can relax and enjoy your vacation.

The apartment also includes an underground parking space.


Complex:

The White Pearl opened in July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–2019, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.

The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, spread across a basement with underground parking, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground parking garage is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”

Our reception desk, located at the main entrance on the first floor, handles check-in and provides concierge services for our guests.

Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.

Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes; their sleeping areas are located in the lower level with access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.

Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.

All apartments are furnished in the same style. Please refer to the respective floor plans for the layout and amenities. From 1.5-room apartments with a double bed to three-bedroom apartments, there is something to suit every need. Thanks to the large windows and the balcony or terrace, you’ll find a light-filled apartment in every season—and depending on the location within the building, some even offer ocean views.

As the name suggests, the town of Timmendorfer Strand is located directly on the kilometer-long, white sandy beach of Lübeck Bay.

Timmendorfer Strand is one of Germany’s best-known and most popular Baltic Sea resorts, boasting excellent infrastructure.

The newly redesigned, beautiful promenade offers an impressive variety of attractive leisure activities and exclusive shopping opportunities.

The neighboring Baltic Sea resorts—both to the north (Scharbeutz, Haffkrug, Sierksdorf, Neustadt, Pelzerhaken, Rettin, Grömitz) and to the south (Niendorf, Travemünde)—expand the range of wellness and recreational experiences.

Lübeck (20 km away) and Hamburg (85 km away) are easily accessible by train or car.
