Located in a magnificent spot near the beach, this light-filled 2-room vacation apartment is on the 1st floor, measures 55 m², and sleeps 2 people. You can park your car for free right at the property.

The heart of the apartment is the spacious living and dining area with an open, well-equipped kitchen. A beautiful wood-burning stove and a cozy sofa corner complete the living area.
The bedroom features a high-quality box-spring bed, blackout pleated blinds, and a flat-screen TV. The living area is complemented by the shower bathroom with a rain showerhead. Here you’ll also find an illuminated wall mirror and makeup mirror, a wall-mounted radio with Bluetooth connectivity, and a hair dryer.

Barbecue enthusiasts will also be in for a treat, as the spacious balcony features not only patio furniture but also a modern gas grill. We provide the gas cylinders.

On the top floor of the building, you’ll find the wellness area with a sea view—even from the sauna—as well as the fitness room. You’ll love the relaxation room and two large rooftop terraces with ocean views and beach chairs!
High-speed internet access at 500 Mbit/s is available throughout the building—free of charge, of course.

You can safely leave your car behind, as everything is just a stone’s throw away: The bakery (260 m), a supermarket (320 m), the shopping street (420 m), and the promenade (100 m), the spa park (380 m), and even the “Grömitzer Welle” swimming pool (460 m). The gorgeous Grömitz beach is just 100 meters away.

You can store the bicycles you’ve brought with you in the shared, lockable bike shed in front of the house.
