It invites you to enjoy a good breakfast on the terrace in order to get the energy you need to reach the beach in a few steps and spend a great day swimming in the crystal clear water or sunbathing on the fine and white sand. When you come back, the terrace is again the best place for a great dinner alfresco.

This first-floor flat (no lift) welcomes you with a modern, renovated feel that instantly makes you feel at home. The air-conditioned living-dining room is perfect for enjoying meals, relaxing, or watching a show on the Smart TV. The kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, provides everything you need for cooking, along with a laundry area that includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The flat has two bedrooms, each with a wardrobe and fan: one with a double bed and access to a small terrace, and the other with two single beds. A cot and high chair are also available. The bathroom features a shower, and there are two electric radiators to keep the space comfortable.

The location is an absolute privilege. On the one hand, it's only 120 meters from the paradisaical beach of Puerto de Alcudia. On the other, there are also a wide range of services around like bars, restaurants, shops, bus stop, etc. Moreover, the golf course of Alcanada is 6 km away and the marina is about 4 km.

-There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, must pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night per guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay
