Located on the second floor, Princess 204 has great beach and water views! This 3 bedroom Panama City Beach condo at the Princess Condominiums has everything you will need for a relaxing beach stay!  Newly remodeled; this is the Panama City Beach vacation rental you've been waiting for!

Recently remodeled and updated, this open floor plan living room, dining room  and kitchen are just what you need to make your vacation the best ever.  The new large kitchen now boasts  maple cabinets, quartz countertops and new appliances. The wet bar has a separate sink and ice machine, so there's plenty of ice for all your cold drinks and coolers.  A small wine refrigerator is also waiting to keep your favorite beverage at just the right temperature.  Completely updated, this condo has big flat screen TV's, new furniture and a fully stocked kitchen.  This unit has all new tile in the kitchen, all bathrooms, laundry room and living room. The master bath has been updated with a double shower and separate whirlpool tub.  The large balcony has an outdoor dining table, 2 chaise lounges and 2 more side chairs for plenty of seating.

Princess 204 has king beds in every bedroom, plus a day bed with trundle in the second bedroom. It's a great place to stay and will accommodate a large family with children or just couples.

This east end Panama City Beach condominium is a family friendly place where all the condos are beachfront.  There are 2 beachfront heated pools and an outdoor Jacuzzi at the Princess.  If that's not enough, there's also a beachfront heated indoor pool and a fitness room to work off all those seafood feasts.  

Princess 204 is the perfect place for family vacations, romantic holidays or weekend getaways.  

Each rental comes with Free Beach Chairs (2 beach chairs with umbrella) from March 1 to October 31.

This condo was very clean and well stocked. We loved that it had an extra refrigerator in laundry room and also an extra ice machine. Beds were very comfortable and bedrooms very spacious. Large laundry room. Amazing view from 2nd floor balcony. Lots of nice, comfortable deck furniture. Check in was a breeze. VIP was so helpful and efficient. Highly recommend this condo unit!!!!!

Everything was just wonderful the condo was clean we had more than enough room beds were comfortable kitchen well stocked loved the pools and hot tub the kids loved the indoor pool. Had a wonderful time beach and location was perfect.

Beautiful Place!

Quiet and relaxing

The condo was spacious, everyone had their own bathroom. It was a large balcony with plenty of seating area. The beach was nice and quiet and enjoyable. I would stay here again.

World's most beautiful beach! And a really nice condo.

Condo was very neat, clean and comfortable. King beds in all 3 bedrooms was perfect for the 3 couples and everyone slept great as the beds were very comfy. 2nd floor location puts you right on the beach while sitting on the balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

We have stayed at several condos in PCB and this one has been my favorite. Very convenient beach access when traveling with small children and easy to make trips to and from the condo/beach/pool. The building was not crowded and I liked being on the quieter end of PCB close to some of our favorite restaurants. We will be back!

Generational Family Fun

Jennifer was excellent in giving us all the information we needed for the condo. The condo was perfect for our 9 women! So spacious and well stocked. Plenty of kitchen utensils and towels. The addition of the extra ice maker and mini fridge was a bonus! We loved the full balcony with an amazing view of the ocean. The beach access was an easy walk! Having the two chairs and umbrella made going to the beach effortless. We all agreed this was the best condo for a large group! The fireworks on the 4th of July was the best finale!

Excellent

The agent at VIP Jennifer was excellent even prior to our stay. We had no issues while there and did not need to reach out thanks to the communication received before we got there. Condo was perfect for us , 6 adults and 3 children 3 and under. Even the chair rental guy ( they came with room) was more courtesy than we have ever had. W will definitely be back! Ps loved the second floor level

Wonderful condo loved our stay. Our refrigerator went out and within an hour. It was replaced great job. We did have a drain problem in the primary and it was never fixed. We could only turn on one showerhead at a time or we had water up to our ankles

Excellent property

We had a blast on our one week vacation, the condo has everything: full kitchen, towels, great mattress (including the sleeper sofa) A/C unit works really good and many more. Jen was so friendly and she responded immediately every time I needed her. I recommend 100% The Princess 204 for a perfect vacation !

We were in Paradise

The Condo was terrific. The views could not have been better, the ocean/Gulf was beautiful. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The condo was well stocked in the kitchen, beds very comfortable , rest to the furniture was very nice. Condo was very clean Extra plus was the indoor pool. Enjoyed our stay. Hope to come back.

Great place and great service!!

The condo was nice, clean, and well equipped. However, the best part of renting was the service received from the owners. They made sure I didn’t have questions and even called me the day before to be sure I was all set. I will definitely stay with them again!!!

Best for beach front living!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this clean and comfortable condo! The chairs and umbrellas provided on the beach were much appreciated, and were a convenient short walk from the condo down. The large condo itself, while not without a few minor glitches, was well maintained, and the managers were uber responsive. We had a great time, and would love to come back!

I really liked Unit 204. I loved the granite. I also loved the huge bathroom and Jacuzzi tub. I have been coming to the Princess for many years and though I have tried other condos, I keep coming back to the Princess due to the convenient parking and nice, quiet units. I would highly recommend this unit and the Princess in general.

Family Vacation

We were all impressed with this condo. It was clean, nicely decorated and easy access to the elevators. The kitchen was stocked very well with cookware and cooking utensils. It was located close to several restaurants and grocery stores for added convenience and the traffic in this area was minimal. If we had any complaints it may be that we needed more towels and wash cloths per bathroom but the laundry room was amazing in this unit and we laundered what we needed.
