Come relax and rejuvenate at this sweet cabin just outside of SunRiver! Located just a short 10 minute drive outside of SunRiver, and 30 minutes to Bend or Mt. Bachelor, this house has everything you need for a wonderful vacation!

The space
The house is located on a generous 1/2 acre lot, with a pull through circular driveway. There is plenty of space to park a trailer.

The modern house has been tastefully renovated, creating the perfect getaway. It features 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 9.

The fully fenced backyard features a patio with a dining table, twinkle lights over a fireplace, and a hot tub to relax and unwind in.

For groups traveling with little ones, there is a pack n play crib and a high chair available.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole house, front yard, and fully fenced back yard!

Guests will not have access to the locked garage or shed.

Other things to note
A wonderful benefit of staying here is frequent wildlife sightings such as deer in and around the cabin and nearby areas :)

Typically, Oregon weather can include snow and winter driving conditions in the winter and spring. Wildfire smoke may be present in the summer. To protect your stay, we recommend trip insurance.

HOUSE RULES:
If you have guests in your group who smoke, vape, or utilize any other inhaled substance, we kindly ask that it be done outside, more than 10 feet away from any doors or windows. Evidence found indoors will incur an additional $200 cleaning fee.

We love pets, but our house is not pet friendly. Evidence of pets will incur an addition $200 cleaning fee.

The chlorine dispenser in the hot tub must remain floating in the hot tub at all times to keep the hot tub clear, clean, and safe. Removal, even temporarily, impacts the chemical balance that can result in unsanitary conditions and extra hot tub maintenance fees. Any indications of removal will result in a $50 fee.

Excessive cleaning or damage will be billed back to guest at rate to restore home to the condition it was rented to them in.

To make your trip more enjoyable, we try to leave our trash can by the curb, however, if it's been moved, we'd like to ask your support ensuring it's at the street Tuesday evening for trash pick up Wednesday morning.

We try to accommodate late check out requests anytime it is requested 2+ days in advance of check out, however sometimes we need the full time to prepare for the next guests. Unapproved stays past check out will incur extra charges at the rate of $50 per 15 minutes.

No parties or loud music.

No glitter or confetti - there will be a $100 additional cleaning fee for any glitter or confetti found onsite.

No illegal substances, fireworks, or explosives.

No torrenting or illegal downloads while using the internet - notices from the internet company will result in a $100 fine.
