Highly recommend!

Excellent property and great location close to the beach. Very clean and quiet. Great amenities with pool access and paddle ball court! Would stay here again for sure!

AWESOME FAMILY VACATION

Loved the property and location. First time that my family of 5 stayed at this property. Very close to the beach, shopping, restaurants. Very clean, well kept and managed. Thank you for sharing your home with us over the Thanksgiving holiday.

I live on Oahu. My family lives in Montana and come out every winter for a warm break. We thoroughly our stay at Elua. The views, the grounds and the pool were the highlights! I especially loved the tranquility and escape from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. MAHALO LUI NOA!

Wonderful Wailea Vacation

We enjoyed 12 great days at this property. It is in a perfect location in Wailea with quick and easy access to the beach and easy access to the Wailea walking path. The grounds are very well maintained and feels very peaceful. The unit was also very well maintained and accommodates a family of four very well. it could handle up to 6 if the Sofa bed is used. We loved sitting on the large balcony in the mornings and evenings, with views of the ocean.

The only recommendations we have for this particular condo is that we would have appreciated a better outfitted kitchen in terms of a set of matching wine glasses (they were few and mis-matched), and a slightly fuller supply of toilet paper (we had to request 2 more rolls to get us through our 10 days), but otherwise the unit was comfortable and most enjoyable.

Wonderful Wailea

Amazing unit and location. While the neighboring hotels look fancy, they also looked overcrowded. Elua is a sprawling paradise nestled in between these fancy hotels. Ulua beach is right in front . The pools are small but still great. You can bring your own food and drinks to the pool and just chill there. There is quiet hour at the pool between 4 and 6 which is odd because that’s when most families head back in from the beach and want to use the pool. But those are the rules and we tries to respect that. The unit was well stocked and all the workers on the property are friendly and professional. Would not hesitate to come back to Elua village! Mahalo! Will miss you!

Great getaway with quick access to everything

The neighborhood where this was located was awesome. Very very quiet with incredible access to the beach,and shopping is 2 blocks away. The pool was fantastic and the overall cleanliness of the complex was perfect. The condo itself was perfect for 2 couples to enjoy a vacation. We had a little trouble with the check in as we arrived at night and we were given the wrong keys, so we had to have security let us in when we wanted to go in and out. A little trouble getting in touch with the property manager in the morning, but it was soon rectified. This condo has everything you need for the beach or pool.. I mean everything! Beds were comfy, the place was roomy and the balcony with the view of the ocean was outstanding! I can’t stress enough how great it was to have quick easy access to everything we wanted to do and how quiet the place was. We will be coming back for sure! Thank you!

Heavenly stay at Elua 704

The unit was clean and appointed with all of the necessities to be a true home away from home. There was even a great welcome gift basket left for us with loads of great munchies. The unit is perfectly located within easy walking distance to the large community pool and the magnificent beach just beyond. We were also close to the Wailea Shops with all of their dining and shopping options. The Elua community is quiet, serene and well maintained by courteous staff.During the stay we reported an issue with one of the showers not dispensing hot water well. A technician was sent out to the unit the same day and he quickly fixed the problem. In short, our experience with the unit and the rental experience was 5 stars.

The walk to the pool and beach is a straight shot, quick and easy. Snorkeling at the beach was super, we saw turtles, octopus and fish. The pool has a nice view of the ocean. We received a welcome basket that provided a nice start with coffee and snacks. The place was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. We only made breakfast and a few lunches but it has everything needed for cooking in. The ocean walk is an easy way to get to the hotels for meals. Breakfast and lunch next door at the Marriott was good. Wi-Fi worked great. This was a very good unit and I would happily stay there again. Wailea Vacation Rentals took very good care of us. We got an early check in. No problems to report during our stay.
