We offer a versatile floor plan across three levels to ensure maximum comfort:
• The Upper Level: Features three spacious bedrooms, perfect for the main family or primary guests. Sleeps 6
• The Private Suite (Lower Level): A self-contained basement apartment featuring a cozy Queen-size bed and a flip futon. This is an ideal setup for in-laws, teenagers, or colleagues seeking extra privacy. Sleeps 2 or 4
• The Flex Space (Ground Floor): A bright, versatile room that functions as a den or professional office.
o Need an extra bedroom? This room includes a comfortable sofa bed. With advance notice, we can rearrange the furniture and prepare this as a fifth sleeping area for your group.
Customized Preparation
To ensure your stay is perfect from the moment you walk in, please confirm your preferred bedding configuration at the time of booking. This allows us to have the Flex Space and Basement Suite perfectly staged and ready for your arrival.

Easy peasy

We were able to check in easily. We basically used it as a place to sleep since we were on the go most of the time we used the property. It was more than adequate for what we needed.

Great property and conveniently located

Home is great and more than enough room for our family. Conveniently located across the street from a grocery store, drug store, bank and Tims ! Great communication from the homeowner and tended to all our needs. Thank you !

This was the worst furnished VRBO we have ever stayed in. Many problems were noted during our stay. Several electrical outlets did not work, only 1 washcloth and towel were provided for each person for a 3 night stay, very few pots, pans, etc. are available, condo is not attractively furnished, beds are very uncomfortable, upstairs bathroom was very dirty, dryer did not work properly, and the A/C did not get the house cool enough.
