Convenient location but of very basic standard - no oven, no washing machine in complex, no toilet roll on arrival. Fridge antiquated & not working properly. Hassle in having to drive in to St Jean to pick up keys & towels when town centre is rammed. Then having to return them on departure. The cleaning was not of the highest standard - hairs in fridge

Bonne localisation, piscine, parking

Appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé qui a déjà vécu qq passages (sol fissuré, frigo vieillissant). La banquette-lit tiroir pourrait être remplacée par un canapé convertible, plus confortable. Infiltration sonore par huisseries. Aurait nécessité un rafraichissement si fermé depuis plusieurs semaines (poussière) et un ménage approfondi du sol dans le coin cuisine (vieille éponge et dépôt entre lave vaisselle et frigo). Mais belle vue et rideau de douche neuf.

Appartement assez spacieux. Equipement correct. Immeuble propre. Centre ville de Jean de Luz et port accessible en 10 minutes à pied. Les abords de la Nivelle sont très plaisants. Golf 9 trous en face de l'immeuble. Accès facile au pays Basque montagneux en voiture. Excursions en bateau possibles et peu onéreuses. Plage de Saint Jean de Luz super.

Appart ne correspondant pas aux photos ! Propreté moyenne, alèses pas changées, frigo avec traces de rouille, carrelage fendu dans toutes les pièces. Rideau de douche moisi dans le bas , toile cirée coupée à plusieurs endroits... Tout est vieillot. Pas de canapé, juste un lit gigogne pas confortable avec petite couverture et qq coussins. Ecran de télé minuscule. Rideaux séjour sales. Pas de four, ni m.laver juste tt petit micro-ondes. Belle piscine, très bonne situation, place de parking en ss

Évaluation , logement.

Bonjour,le séjour dans la résidence s'est globalement bien passé ,résidence calme et bien entretenu. Au niveau de l'appartement, la chambre avec un grand lit désastreux a changer c'est une catastrophe, la literie est complètement détériorée , côté cuisine c'est du même acabit la vaisselle est très marquée est a changer un tour chez Ikéa s'impose. C'est un appartement très bien situé , a proximité de ST jean et de tous commerces , nous avons passé une semaine très agréable.

Séjour très agréable

Points positifs : localisation parfaite pour se rendre en centre-ville de Saint-Jean-de-Luz et à la plage (environ 15 minutes à pied, et je ne marche pas vite), une vue dégagée très agréable. Résidence bien entretenue. Appart fonctionnel et propre. La terrasse permet des repas en extérieur. Piscine au top ! Points négatifs : le frigo n'est pas très grand, mais c'est compréhensible vu la configuration de l'installation. Il est tout de même un peu daté et mériterait d'être changé.

Séjour et Jean de Luz

Appartement parfait, le cadre, la vue, la piscine et la situation où tout peut se faire a pied est idéal. Il manque vraiment un lave linge quand on y reste 15 jours… vu les prestations il est dommage de devoir aller à la laverie. Les ados ont adorés la piscine !

Logement bien situé

Nous avons passé un court fin octobre dans ce logement .Il est spacieux et au calme et tout peut se faire à pied. Nous y retournerons.
